Hotel Accommodation Terms & Conditions
The information provided below by the Worldchefs Congress & Expo 2024 Housing Bureau will assist you in your search for hotel accommodation near the Congress venue. The information provided is compiled in good faith. All terms and conditions of the respective hotels will apply.
- Please click on “Book Now” to find the links to the respective hotels to book your accommodation. All hotel bookings made would be charged directly by the respective hotel booked.
- Upon completion of booking with payment, a confirmed booking number will be issued by the hotel immediately when you book through their web link.
- You must input your credit card details to secure a reservation, and the rates shown exclude ++ and breakfast (++ denotes a 10% service charge and 9% Goods & Services Tax (GST) or prevailing government taxes at the time of billing/payment).
- Kindly note that some hotels’ official check-in and check-out times vary from the standard. Please check the confirmation note after booking for the official check-in and check-out times.
- Official check-in time is at 1500hrs, and the check-out time is at 1100hrs or 1200hrs, and a 50% charge will be imposed for check-out before 1800hrs and a full day rate for check-out after 1800hrs.
- Please check your air ticket to confirm the arrival time in Singapore. You are advised to book an extra room night for early arrival in the morning before check-in time at 15:00hrs. An extra room night would not be reserved for you if you did not include it during the pre-booking.
- The extra night reservation will only be reserved based on your written instructions to the hotel or a booking made by you through the booking link.
- Please inform the hotel upon checking in if you require a late check-out; your room key needs to be reactivated for the late check-out.
